Welcome Julian Settler

We welcome Swiss photographer Julian Settler. Julian is a photographer based in Olten, Switzerland. Bachelor of Arts in Camera Arts at Lucerne School of Art and Design 2022. He works as a visual storyteller, and is the creator of the book "The Glacier is a Being" in collaboration with Anne-Sophie Balzer. They will continue to work on glacier and ice-themed pieces on Svalbard.

In Julian's artistic practice, he explores strategies of making humans aware of their deep entanglement with all forms of existence, thus fostering respectful, ecologically aware ways of living. ​
